At the Indiana University Athletics Store, we want every Hoosier fan to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your gear, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is in unworn and unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
